Very nice staff and cervicals speak English well. The hotel is located in a very good area as there is a short distance to all places of interest in Pattaya.

Reception staff was very helpfull and nice from check in to check out. The rooms were clean and tidy, well organized and the bed was comfortable to sleep. There was no noise from the street. Location is very good. Smaller soi next to Pattaya Klang. Easy to walk to Soi Buakhao, Sai Song, Soi 7 and 8. Beach is near. Baht busses going to all directions. 7eleven, laundry, TT exchange, Kasikorn, restaurants near by.

The hotel is on a side soi close to the second road and beach road in Pattaya Klang. There are bars, restaurants, and ATM machines close. It is quiet enough and convenient for the baht bus route. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Location is 3 blocks away from the beach. Area was quiet at night despite being close to restos and bars. I stayed for 3 nights and housekeeping always supplies a nee batch of bottled water and tissue. Staff were really nice.

I am so happy I was able to get a last minute booking - the other property I scheduled on booking had construction taking place next door! needed a last minute place to book Friendly staff new space - clean and everything working local food court at the corner (inexpensive Thai food)

Property is very clean, the staff were outstanding. Location very close by to where you would like to be in order to walk but far enough away from main bar areas for noise when sleeping.

It's clean, tidy and comfortable. It's just down Soi 16 far enough that it's quiet and very peaceful. There's a coupe of quiet bars near by. The end of the road has a food hall so theres plenty of good food near by. If you need a laundrette walk towards Big C and theirs machines and what tumble driers you can use.

Staff were always helpful and polite, the room was was clean and comfortable with very good air-con. The hotel had 24hr reception and was also very clean at all times. Would definitely stay again.

A very good location but on a side street, so relatively quiet. Very clean. Good value.
